The 6th Annual Cockayne Golf Scramble will take place at Belmont Hills Country Club on July 31st, 2021. 
Registration is at 8:00 am, with a Shotgun Start at 9:00 am
     • $300 per team, 36-team limit
     • $100 Hole Sponsorships
     • Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places
             - amount based on number of teams
     • Entry includes Welcome Bag, Lunch, & Drinks.
     • Dinner hosted by Belmont Hills Country Club (pending coronavirus regulations).
