Mr. Roxby will be speaking about the man who is undoubtedly Marshall County’s most famous son and citizen, the famed scout and Indian fighter, Lewis Wetzel. Aside from examining the actual events of his life, he will also discuss how they fit in the broader context of the American Revolution.
